Reviews are immensely important in the hospitality industry. Many of our first time visitors, in advance of arrival, read the comments left by others.
Reviews are a tricky business. We know that we sometimes get a guest who finds us not up to their liking. It's impossible to please all the people all the time. However, those less than favourable comments help keep us on our toes and often identify areas of improvement. Gratefully, we seem to be on the right track.
